мышь далеко не бесшумная, всё щелчки отчетливо слышно. конечно тише, чем обычная мышь, но на совсем чуть чуть. Форма неудачная, в большой ладони некомфортно лежит. к покупке не советую. 5 звезд потому что продавец норм.
Отличная мышь. Чуть ниже, чем я привыкла, но все равно удобно лежит в руке.

Товар прибыл достаточно быстро. Товар был дополнительно упакован от повреждений. Фирменная упаковка со знаком подлинности качества. В руке очень удобно лежит. Легкая, алюминиевый корпус. Бесшумное нажатие клавиш. Приятных ход скролла. В общем рекомендую. Но единственное не положили в комплект батарейки. Хотя это мои придирки уже. Батарейки Типа ААА 2шт.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Free items can not be refunded or canceled - The reason for this is that your order goes straight to our warehouse and your order is shipped directly from there.
If any FREE item is out of stock, you will be sent the closest possible like for like item.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@topbestes.com and we'll send you instructions on how to proceed. Free items do not apply for the exchange policy.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
